Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add my own words to the Christmas scramble?

Yes. Open it in the maker and type one word per line. Each one is mixed up again when you press Shuffle.

Can I put phrases in, not just single words?

Yes. Each word in the phrase is scrambled on its own and the spaces stay where they are, so "ice cream" becomes something like "eci maerc".

Is there an answer key?

Yes. Leave "Add an answer key page" on and a second page lists every answer in order. Print just the first page for the class.

How many words fit on one page?

Up to 30. Twelve or fewer print in one large column; more than that switch to two columns.
